Case Study: Entrance Facade Installation
Private Event, Central London

Inline was engaged to design and install a bespoke entrance facade for a prestigious private event taking place in central London.

The brief involved discreetly covering the venue’s existing signage without causing any damage or relying on structural support from the building itself.
The team faced a number of on-site challenges, including limited fixing points, tight installation timeframes and the need to manage public interface and safety throughout both the build and removal phases.

In close collaboration with the event organisers, venue team and supply partners, Inline developed a certified, self-supporting truss frame that allowed for the secure mounting of a large-format graphic fascia. The structure also incorporated a recessed guest entrance and integrated photo opportunity wall to enhance the arrival experience.

Despite operating under strict time constraints in a busy city centre location, the project was delivered safely, efficiently and to the client’s complete satisfaction — with no impact to the venue’s architectural features.

This installation highlights Inline’s expertise in delivering tailored, non-invasive event structures in high-profile urban environments.
